Terms & Cancellation Policy
1. Introduction
These terms govern your use of Perform & Progress and your membership to our programmes. By purchasing or continuing to use our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Our Programmes
- Self-paced online courses£29 per month
- Live webinars(includes self-paced courses)£79 per month
- 1-to-1 coaching(includes self-paced courses and live webinars)£149 per month
3. Membership & Billing
Membership fees are billed monthly in advance on the date you subscribe and each month thereafter. Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes. We may change our prices with 30 days' notice; you will be informed before any change takes effect and may cancel before the new price applies.
4. Cancellation Policy
- 1.You can cancel your membership at any time.
- 2.To cancel, use the cancellation option in your account settings, or email us and we will confirm your cancellation in writing.
- 3.Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to your programmes until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- 4.We do not provide partial-month refunds for any period already billed.
- 5.If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of your first purchase and receive a full refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. This right does not apply where you have already accessed the digital content or services and you have agreed to waive this cooling-off period.
- 6.For 1-to-1 coaching, sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited.
5. Refunds
If you believe you are entitled to a refund under the terms above, contact us within 14 days and we will respond within 7 working days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to share your account or access credentials, reproduce or redistribute course materials without permission, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual Property
All course content, materials and branding remain the property of Perform & Progress. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access this content for your own development.
